Bradlows actually deserves 0 star

Bradlows actually deserves 0 star. Unfortunately, under ratings, there is no: Zero Star. I have been to Bradlows Branches a number of times, have called Head Office a number of times, sent emails a number of times requesting refund from money they deducted from my account after i had settled my account, have written to HelloPerer, ALL IN VAIN. I'm not sure if Bradlows wants me to go on X-Repo program for speedy response. Their turnaround time to refunds is the WORST.
