Bradlows account overcharges

I opened an account( ********** 409) at bradlows soshanguve plaza on the 30th of April 2018,my goods were delivered on the mid may 2018,i paid deposit of R501 plus initiation fee my principle debt amounted to R24503.40 with repayable terms of 48 months. I have a setup debit order on the 25th of every month for R1132.25.May and June charges(service fee,insurance,finance amounted to R300 for may due to prorate and R830 for June month of which I am okay with.Problem started in July when my statement was reflecting charges of R2966.73 every charge item was double and no one could explain R3000 charges with journal debist adjustment of R1633reversing my deposit together with June debit order payment, I went to soshanguve plaza store where I bought furniture they could not explain referred me to head office of which it has useless call centre they cant help you with anything or pick up your call .when I received my august statement still charges were 1317 ,my account get charged double amount at the 1st of the month,then incorrect reversal on the 25th of the month and after I get charged again at the last day of the month with journal debit to increase my cost. I have send e-mail to ********** on the 17th august regarding this and I got feedback whereby they send me statement and gave me e-mail address for settlement they did not bother give me feedback on all issues I addressed. What **** me off is that I am paying an interest on arrears but I have never skipped a payment.my credit profile at trans union is sitting with 30 days late payment as if I am slow payer. When I managed to get through to call centre on the 21st September they told me they cant assist I have to wait for query support to give me feedback of which is not guaranteed they will do. I have no one to escalate the issues to with their *********** finance charges now I am waiting for miracle to happen because bradlows sell good only but no to assist with account issues due to their incompetence.
