Bradlows / Abacus /ConnectFin insurance Cancellation nightmare!

I have been trying to get my insurance removed on my Bradlows account and yet after two months its still being deducted. If I block the payment they say I am in arrears. This is horrible service from Bradlows or Abacus. When I phone I keep getting transferred over and over until they drop the call. No-one takes responsibility. I have sent the paperwork and email multiple time (more than 10 times) yet I keep getting ignored or passed around. PLEASE do not take this stupid insurance ABACUS. ConnectFin I have a contract with you. You should fix this. Why can I not cancel this stupid insurance?? Now I am paying my own insurance company that is amazing, and this worthless account. Please someone help me.
