New year, Old Troubles.

My name is Junaid and in February sometime i purchased a fridge from Bradlows in tsakane, my first fridge might i add.

As soon as we received the fridge 1stly my Girlfriend who is at home was harassed by the delivery driver for an entire week all because we short paid him on the delivery fee, but we paid him what we were told to pay him by one of the agents in Bradlow's. When i mean harassed, this guy walked in the yard without permission and gave her threats just for a R100.

This was my first impression on Bradlow's, that their delivery contracts are gangsters and threatens their clients.

furthermore, the fridge we have received was leaking gas since we got it, we only realized this later on, however we got the fridge regassed by one of the technicians that was sent by bradlows. 7-8 months down the line we see that the fridge is not cooling again just like how it was when we received it.

Now I do not have an issue with Bradlow's but i have an issue with staff, it is firstly unacceptable if i call and they say they'll get back to me and don't, and say "sharp" instead of goodbye but my main issue is that i have beeeeeeen calling requesting assistance of either getting the fridge fixed or replace, no one is helping me, i have meat of R3000 in my fridge that went to waste and i had enough.

if i am not assisted by friday, on staurday i will go to bradlows in tsakane and cause a scene because i have called bradlows more than 5 times in December, i am fed up and considering going to the CGSO
