BRADLOWS *******!

I will NEVER deal with Bradlows again. I purchased a lounge suite in October 2025. On the day of delivery the lounge suite delivered was broken. This was conveyed with the store, the factory and the warehouse. The lounge suite was returned and a new one delivered.. Also broken.. This happened 7 times, still broken... BAD QUALITY. 10 months down the line I still have no lounge suite. I was then advised by to cancel the deal, which I requested and now been told I cannot cancel the deal. This will be taken further!
