Bradlows

In 2018 I bought a 24 inches LG tv some time in January 2019 there was something faulty with the tv extension the tv came with , I have been to bradlows daveyton Mayfield several times not getting any help they keep saying they don't sell it separate it's been 3 months now I can't find the extension anywhere bradlows sent me to look at shops like cash crusaders but no luck They even said the extension plug is not insured only the tv is. M so disappointed my tv is not even a year old it's useless
