Bradlows

I am very disappointed with bradlows, I had settled my account, but they still send me messages that I owe, I called in yesterday and the consulted said I owe an interest of R600 and today I called again they said I owe R1100, I mean how do you settle an account and still be charged interest. This is no level of competency, and professionalism
