Bradlows

I have A complain with Bradlows based in JHB market street, I did a laybuy last year 2021 around April then I went to cancel it same year around Sep 2021,when I got there I signed everything and they said I should wait for 14 day my money will reflect, I waited almost 5 months and I didn't get my money,they told me that my cancellation does not reflect on their side but I signed everything and submitted required documents .i went there again this year February and they told me that the manager is not available but they will give her my documents to cancel my laybuy til today I'm still waiting for my money... Hellopeter please help me to get my money back.
