Bradlow not responding to my query

Good day, I have reporting the issue about the bedset I received and Bradlows sent me to Restonic who advised they have sent the query back to Bradlows.

Please exchange the bedset, its still on its original plastic. I could not use it because the matress is too flat as if it was on storage for years.
