Bradlow Mdantsane poor service!

I bought a washing machine top loader 18 KG on the 15 of September at bradlows mdantsane

The same day noticed that the machine is not washing clothes properly and wanted to take back the machine. The lady who made the sale, Nontyantyambo Mgweba, is refusing to replace the faulty LG washing machine nor did the area manager. She called the are manager and when she passed the phone to me to speak to him/her they hung up. Now I am being penalised for a fault that's not mine and must wait for their internal process that has nothing to do with me, mind you this was a cash purchase and am being sent from pillar to post. I'm not looking for cash back but want a working washing machine! Please help urgently!
