BRAD really LOWS

I bought a TV at Uitenhage Branch and when I received the item it was fine but in less than 6 week a LINE appears in the middle of the screen and had to report it and it was taken back to be fixed. When there was no communication I went back to find out that it cannot be fixed so I would get my money back. After a while I was told that it cannot be done as I needed to pay my TV licence to which I did and up to now, from 25 August 2017, not the complaint date but the recorded date on their system, No money only being told it is the Store - no it is Head office - No it has been escalated and again today, 08 December I still wait for Brad LOW to be Brad HiGH for me
