BR-SEA-***6-4 (bradlows vryheid)

<p>i went to bradlows Vryheid to purchase a bed brand tivol on August, i complaint to the shop they did not deliver my bed on time. i am not sure mayb their were mad because i did complain . I haven't even spend 3 month sleeping on the bed. but now the bed is making funny noises. i phoned them to complain they promise to exchange the bed. then Prudence helped me in Vryheid branch promised to get back to me on Monday until today no one ever called me from Vryheid. Their call center was help full they did phoned me and authorised the bed to be change. i don't see my self buying anything from them, their taking their own time evry time they are doing something they just want sales. Once you have purchase they don't care about their client . poor servise</p>
