Bought king size bed in 2022 and was delivered

Bought king size bed in 2022 and was delivered. I took time to assemble it because of my busy schedule, only to find that it’s been tearing on the edges of mattress and the springs are visible. Since I lodged the complaint with Bradlows by the time I saw it and they are taking me from pillar to post refusing to exchange the bed.
