Bought a couch but my poor kids are sitting on the floor in this cold weather!!!

<p>I bought an Everest lounge suite from Morkels, PMB in May this year cash and after a week or two noticed tht my one seater is sinking in, I logged a complaint and the couch was taken on the 02 of July for repairs and till today it’s not back. I tried to make a follow up two weeks back, just to check the status and was told that they have not even started with the repairs, it’s almost over a month now. Am I being taken for granted here?..please tell me what to do in order to get my couch back, repaired, because now i don’t know what to do.... i now really regret buying from Morkels, even the other two remaining couches are already not in a good condition, are sinking in the middle.
