Bosch / Bradlows give bad service

My mom bought a Bosch dishwasher on a Black Friday Special on 29 November 2019 from Bradlows online. On 15 February this year, she reported that the dishwasher was not working. One month later, on 15 March a technician , Lawrence *** ) arrived: he needed a part. It is now more than 2 months later and he has not been back to repair her machine. Totally bad service !! Is it human to treat an 80 year old like this ?? Her money was acceptable when she bought the machine but now she is being given the run around ?? Really not good service !!!
