BLACKLISTED PHONES SOLD BY BRADLOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a phone for my daughter from the Lydenburg branch. upon switching the phone on, i found it was BLACKLISTED!! HOW DO YOU SELL BLACKLISTED PHONES?? IM PAYing for this handset and i dont even have it to use it as it has to be sent back immediately. I should have received a new working phone when i returned the phone. No one is helping, they send it for repairs a week later only. but you expect my money on time????
