********* beyond poor service

To use the word dreadful would be an understatement. Simple order request of multiple high value furniture items has clearly been a waste of time and money. They kept delivering the wrong dining room suite (2 different times) took forever to bring the correct one, at the third attempt they got that right but gave us dirty display chairs and a connecting table which had a gap, they took their own time to come & collect but debit our account. After 2 months all the couches were squeaking when you sit & get up from them, they took them in for repairs (not a new set but repairs) in that same period the bed is squeaky as well, we were given a double bed while they were running a special on queen size beds they gave us a double bed at a price of a queen size bed. When a query was raised about it they asked that I send a picture and videos they rep**** that indeed the bed is faulty and they will replace it, that was in August, it is October and I am still using a damaged bed and constantly chasing the store for feedback, I was even **** to in the store that the bed will be delivered last week Saturday the 14th of October, I am still waiting for that delivery till date. I sent an email to the branch manager on Tuesday acknowledging her of this till date I have not heard from her, yet come month end a payment will be expected in full.
