BEING HANDED OVER TO ATTORNEYS WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

Good day i have an account with bradlows whereby i bought a dining room suite over 2 years ago. our agreement was that they are going to debit the montly installment from my husbands nedbank account which they did until theys stopped debiting last year in march(according to them) without notifying me or my husband about it. they remained silent until they handed over my account to Landau Attorneys in June (according to them) without notifying me. i never received statements from bradlows since january 2017 hence i was not aware what was happening with my account and that it was in arrears.i was not even aware that they stopped debiting my husbands account. Landau Attorneys only contacted me in November whereas i was told that my account was handed over to them in June.I have asked both the attorneys and bradlows to send me the statements from when the account was opened to date.i havent received a phone call,email,letter from both of them.

i want to settle this matter,make arrangement to pay the account but i cannot do that if i do not know what is happening.

please assist.
