I trust you are well.

Please kindly note we recently bought the Seattle wall unit at Bradlows Springs Mall.

The Stand was scheduled to be delivered on 11th of April but we got a call from the dispatching warehouse on the 9th of April informing us of earlier delivery.

Upon delivery the two guys from the bradlows warehouse (Tshep oand Zwane) offloaded and set up the wall unit for us however they had no tools so they installed it manually, just before the guys left we informed them of the defects and scratches on the stand and they advised we should contact the store and show them pictures of the defects. All the requested evidence was sent and communicated to Bradlows Refilwe within 12 hours of receiving the stand.

We have now been advised that our claim has been rejected and the wall unit wont be uplfitted and replaced with a new one.

We have not been informed why our claim has been rejected becuase this damage to the wall unit was not done by us but their dispatching crew.
