Bedroom suite peeling off immediately after purchase

What on earth is going on with the quality for bradlows stuff?? I bought a bedroom suite and my goodness it started peeling off immediately. Less than 3 days it was peeling off, had black scuff marks it looks ridiculous and old?! How do you guys sell cheap things to your customers? How do you expect us to trust you guys again with our money? Logged a complaint and nothing has been done? I expect an answer
