Bedroom Suite not assembled.

I bought a bedroom suite on the17th of April 2019 at Bradlows Riverwalk Mall in Potchefstroom. I was delivered on the 24th of April but it was never assembled. When it was delivered I was not at home, a friend who was visiting accepted the delivery om my behalf. I called the store and i informed them about the matter. They promised they will send the person who delivered to my house on Thursday. They never arrived. I call again on Friday to enquire, i was told they have spoken to the boss of the delivery company and he told them he will do a job card for them to come and assemble the bedroom and they will come. They never did. I completed a complain on the bradlows customer service online page but no response. I called the store today and the lady who assisted me is on leave. Still today my bedroom suite is not assembled. If i had the tools to do it i would have done it myself, but i will loose the warranty if something goes wrong.
