bedroom suite delivered with a factory fault

I bought a tuscany bedroom suite and it was delivered to me on April 2015 with a factory fault. I reported the matter. On the 21 november 2015 they deliver another one again with a factory fault. I told the delivey man mr rasilalume and he said he cant take it back i must logde another complaint. I wrote an email and only received an automatic reply that said i will be contacted shortly. And no one contacted me. Im very much worried. Pls help.
