Bedroom suite delivered but not installed

<p> I bought a bedroom suite (cash) at Bradlows Bridge City in durban in the first week of December, I was promissed that delivery was to take place within the same week of purchase, but that this not happen. I went back to the store to enquire about my purchase and I was advised that delivery was to take place on that day, but that did not happen. 2 weeks after the purchase, I went back to the store to request for my money back as I have been promissed delivery, but had not received the goods paid for. I was again told that delivery is on its way on that day, but that did not happen. I was than called the next day and told that the delivery is on its way, but that did not happen until the last 2 days of December 2016. The bedroom suite was delivered but was not installed. The guys that delivered it told me not to open it as they will send a specialsed person to install the bedroom suite. I have not heard from anyone at Bradlows till to date. I have made numerous follow-up with the store, but still, no one has been sent to install my bedroom suite. As I was instructed to not open it, I can not validate that what has been delivered is what I ordered. I am tired of these games that the store has been playing, I paid cash on the goods but still have not be serviced accordingly.</p>
