Bed Replacement

Good day

On January of this year I purchased a bed set and a microwave from Bradlows Randfontein. The bed has been absolutely horrible and it's frame broke shape just after a few months ,in July I went to the office to get it replaced ,the manager took the recipient made a copy and said it would be done. I went in again and was told he had no reply yet in August. Now in September I went twice ,once told they had tried to call and were told by somebody I didn't want to replace the bed but the numbers on file were of someone else as proven by my call records. Again went and manager said no reply , the bed is unusable now with springs collapsed and a frame that won't keep shape yet I have no reply from the branch and it's warranty runs out within the year.

Please respond and have the replacement fulfilled.
