Bed not delivered.

When I asked when will delivery be? they said on Tuesday! I contacted the branch on Tuesday and they said they sent the bed to the warehouse. So basically she said my bed won't be delivered today The! The lady who assisted me told me this. She also made it seem as if it was my fault because she said she told me.she could deliver the bed the next day which she insisted that I said no..which was absolutely nonsense because if she did tell me this I wouldn't have said no as I needed the bed ASAP. So I then they called me back and i spoke to Roseanne which she tells the the warehouse only opens Monday. If this is the case they shouldn't have told me it will be delivered on Tuesday.

This is clearly unacceptable service. Very quick to make a sale and NOT MAKE A PROMISE ON THE DELIVERY DATE. THEY STILL DIDNT GIVE ME A DATE AS YET FOR DELIVERY. AM I TO WAIT 365 DAYS FOR A BED I PURCHASED CASH?
