Bed causes backaches

I bought a restonic bed on the 24th Jan 2015. In march i started to experience so backaches then by april i heard some squeaky sounds and reported in morkels, they said they will replace the bed. Till today the bed is not replaced and i followed up 5 times already but still no replacement. Im in pains even now and having sleepless nights because of the bed still morkels is not attending to my complaint.
