Bed bought and ******

I recently went in store to buy a bed on the 20th of December, by the 22nd I got an sms saying the bed was out for delivery. It’s now the 29th, countless calls later and still no bed. When I track online it shows the order was completed at 23:47pm on Saturday. Not only untruthful but also impossible. Customer care tells me their turn around find is 2-5 days and it’s only day 4 now, like I didn’t buy the bed on the 20th. I expect someone to contact me today with an answer as to where my bed is and when I’m getting it or else I’m cancelling the order, my store card and reporting this to the CGO.
