Bead service, useless head office.

Good morning,

My mom is a pensioner who bought furniture from bradlows cash for R36 000. When they deliver the furniture, she was renovating the house. She asked them to put the furniture in the garage unpacked from the boxes. She unpacked the boxes,put furniture in the house. After a while she discovered that one feet of the table were not in good condition. She called the shop and they came to collect the table for repairs. It is almost 8 months now, without a table. We called them and also went to the shop several times. Until today we have not received any kind of help and the manager is always arrogant and the head office also could not assist us . Firstly she was promised a cash back total of R2000 for all the purchase she made and she did not receive it. Please help. I am sitting in a dining room with chairs without a table for 8 months now. No communication from them. I heart bleeds every time I see those chairs.
