Base and mattress

I have bought a restonic base and mattress from bradlows the mattress is now not in good condition just in a period of a month or two we did lay a complain but we were not treated with a good manner by the manager at the store in markpark vereeniging till today our matter has not been resolved we were supp**** with dirty and cracked mattress bradlows and restonic they are bad with servicing people
