Bardlows co

I nkele mothibe on the 24 march I bought a bedroom suite at bardlows mall @carnival it was delivered on the 1st of april so the was a lot off damages,scratches and dents on the drawers and the headboard,I went back to the shop and explained to the manager about the item delivered,I even had pictures of the bedroom suite and it's condition,Mamello(manager) told me that it would be sorted ASAP.its been 2 months now no communication from them what so ever,I don't know what do with this nonsense which I paid R15000.(cash) I have run out of options.i just want my refund so that I can go to a reputable store and buy a new bedroom suite.
