Badlows Bluff Lounge suit ****

I bought a Grafton Everest lounge suit cash R27 thousand. My lounge suit arrives and the three seater is damaged. This was in November that I bought it. Now in the February 2026 and still have not got the shop to sort this out. Which is unfair I paid in full but still I sit on the faulty lounge suit. My complaints are not been heard by the shop
