bad very very bad!!!

the biggest mistake I have made was buy furniture from Bradlows Boksburg. I have been fighting with the so called manager Elizabeth after broken furniture was delivered to my house, after I had paid cash for the goods. Every time Elizabeth does not even begin to understand what customer service is cause she doesn't even display the basics of it. The few times I was able to speak to Elizabeth when she opens her mouth then its no, no and more no the other times when I called looking for her shes in shoprite. One morning at 8:45 when I called I was told that Elizabeth is on tea and shes in shoprite. How one earth does a store open and 15minutes later the store manager is on tea. She never once in the passed 3 weeks returned any of my calls maybe cause she to busy eating in shoprite, she never once even apologized for the terrible service. Her services sucks big time !!!!!!
