Bad treatment at bradlows

I bought a bedroom suit in 2018 at bradlows vereeniging. In 2019 it the mirror starts cracking and the wings on the headboard also started to fall and I went to the shop to complain and they came to fetch the whole bedroom suit. In 2010 I got the calm from them telling me is customer liability and I have to pay for it if they fix it. I refused to pay for it and since them I am still paying for something I don't have. I am fishing the account in no time and still I don't have my bedroom suit.
