Bad servise

Me and my wife we open an account with Bradlows in kempton park festival mall to buy Fridge and a microwave, the fridge was delired in a good condition but the microwave never delivered, my wife went to the store to collect the microwave as we where just moved in our new house, when she gets home the microwave was in a bad condition and it was a second hand microwave, we alerted the store they said they made a mistake by giving her the microwave, they didn't have any in stock, then the manager said will deliver the new microwave to us within a week its been more than nine 9 months till today we have been waiting for the new microwave, we decided to stop paying for the past three months, but now we are being blacklisted by bradlows,<br> <br> we received a call from the manager early in January apologizing but now its October already but nothing have been done by the store we had to buy a new microwave somewhere else but now we are paying for something we are not using this is totally unfair
