Bad Services Brandlows

My husband and I decided to laybe a fridge Online at Brandlows for 4 Months we finished paying it end of August they called after some days saying they gonna deliver a driver called and said they delivering it in Sebokeng where used to stay we told them that we don't stay there we stay in Alex they went there and left a kettle the fridge came with a kettle as a combo it's been a month now communicating with them with no solution but just lies and disappointments we even communicated with the head office saying they gonna fix this Address issue but still failing we had 4 failed deliveries saying they taking the fridge where don't stay so we asked for a refund still they don't want to refund us I had a bad experience with Brandlows they lost a big customer I'm no longer gonna spend any of my money on Brandlows so disappointments we still waiting for our refund I doubt we will get it a whole R9500 😢
