Bad Services

I am actually sad to experience the same disgusting service with Bradlows for the second time now, at first it Phuthaditjhaba Setsing store now it is Protea Gardens. How is it that the same store in two different provinces have no regard for customers maar?

On the 07th of September 2019 Bradlows had a cashback promotion running and according to the amount I have spent I qualified for a thousand rand cashback but unfortunately the store or sales representative who was helping me did not include it until such a time I enquire about it and I was told that I have forfeited the cashback (because the person who helped me did not load it to my account) like how does it work I forfeit a promotion benefit for something that has nothing to do with me? I did not buy after the promotion has lapsed I bought the day on which it was still valid and there were no terms and condition attached to that promotion to say it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they get their cashback loaded to their account should they qualify for it.

I am not backing down on this one and if I must take it up with the Ombudsman I am more than happy to do it because what the hell is that? People fail to do their work accordingly and I suffer as a result and no one is even interested to listen to me or resolve my concern

It is not my problem that you have hired people who are not attentive so deal with your staff and not me. All I am asking for is to get my thousand rand cashback and that is all. Stop telling me about having forfeited the benefit because of one of you.
