Bad services at Bradlows Tembisa

I have brought a 65" Sansui TV last year March. 3 weeks ago it started showing funny pictures(ghost pictures). meaning that one can not even identify the any person on video. since it had the warranty I then complaint at the shop but still the technician has not come. reference MO-SANS-***. the complain was locked a week later. even now I am still waiting for their technician to fix the TV or to exchange the TV. Bad customer services I tell you.
