Bad services at Bradlows bluff towers in Durban.

On the 13 of December i was approved for an exchange on my restonic bed, the restonic representative told me to go to the store so they do the exchange I went to the store and they told me they will contact the warehouse, i kept on calling and going there and they said they will call me, january again i went back to the store and they told me the warehouse is closed i must come back on the 8th, i went back and they said 2 weeks, its been 3 and half weeks now still they are not exchanging my bed. Please assist me Bradlows in Bluff Towers
