Bad service....attitude towards customers and also bad service delivery....selling of technical faulty electric appliences

I BOUGHT a tv of 60 inch jvc at bradlows in pretoria andries street....which took about a month b4 i receive it...since it was delivered the tv hadn't worked....i took it back n they said they will call a technician to check it....its hardly a month n already its need fixing....now they are refusing to give me my money back....i need help in getting bck my money
