Bad service requesting settlement letter

<p>Yesterday 04 January 2017 I went to a Morkels branch requesting a settlement letter. I was told only head office issues those.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned head office today 05 January 2017 and was told it takes 72 hours to write a settlement letter. I haven't heard of such in my life. Bad service and arrogance of finance staff. I will never buy here ever.</p>
