Bad Service rendering experience and Customer service

Did a laybye September for bedroom suite,dinner table,Lounge set and Fridge made it specific its for a new house and will pay end of November and need them to be delivered by the 14 December. Guess what we are seating and sleeping on cupboards because they are all out of stock and no one know when will they be delivered. This is the worse service I've ever occur we are being sent to pillar to post. I will never ever advise anyone to do any laybye,they are ***********.
