Bad service, poor communication and Fails promisises.

To whom this may concern.

I'm a customer who is really upset with the service I've recieved at Bradlows in Atteridgeville.

I went to the store to purchase Two Beds one Restonic and a Seally. I was helped by Jackson who convinced me to buy looking at the cheap delivery and the stock availability.

These beds were purchased in the 27 of December 2017 till today I haven't recieved my beds. The store promised to call me back but ever since I was the one calling the store. On Friday I was told that these beds are ready To be delivered and I will get my beds on Monday 15th of January 2018.

This is not acceptable and I am reaĺy not pleased with the service I've recieved.

Should this matter be escalated. I would like to get feedback.
