bad service ,no delivery and broken promises

I went to Bradlows maponya to buy me lounge suite but I was told by that time I got there the warehouse was closed, I sent my brother Monday with a van to buy cash n collect himself,and he was told they are offline and even today they still havent delivered, kept on promising to deliver and beg me not to take my money and gave me their word. I have their cellphone numbers and they have called them and they now dont answer anymore. I even spoke to the sales guy Sipho but nothing, manager Phiri Mulaudzi bt still nothing, Jibode delivery guy he refuse to answer and the person who always answer is David chetty bt said there is nothing he can do as he gave instruction n 5 working days have passed nothing, all I want now is my money as they all give broken promises n makes their problem mine. They are all *********** from the sales guy to managers and deliveryguy. I wouldnt advice anyone to go buy there or ever go myself. They are a bunch of clowns. If I wanted to wait I wouldhave bought Sunday and wait for them to deliver when they feel like delivering. All I want now is a same day refund
