bad Service ,lies lies lies

I am so disappointed with Morkels Mokopane (32 Retief Str).In June 2016 I bought black leather couches(3,2,1).This year the couches started to give me problems(3,1).I made a call to the store to report the problem and they said I should come to the store with an invoice of which my mother did and logged a complaint. Two weeks after the people from their warehouse came to my home and took the couches(3,1)and they said the couches will take 2 weeks for fixing now it has been six weeks. we went to the store to enquire when will we get the couches back and we were told that they are having a problem as the invoice says the couches delivered to us is brown whereas we got black .I made several phone calls to the store manager wanting feedback and all he does is promise to call me back with the feedback of which he never does. Please Morkels bring my couches back or pay back my money. It is not my problem that your invoice indicate that my couches are brown .
