Bad service I ever got in my entire life.

Hi, had a lay buy at bradlows carnival mall and went and paid it of on the 31 July asking if it was possible to deliver same day and I was advised turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours. Today is the 5th of August, I called to do follow up only to be disrespect by the manager called Phillimon Sedidana by saying it's end of the month what did I expect? and they didn't push me to come and do a lay buy. He was so arrogant . Saying his not responsible for delivery whatever date I must take it. I am so frustrated at the moment, I just moved in into the new apartment that has nothing, I did the lay buy for this reason even if it was beyond him at least have an understanding or rather a nice way of saying things. While talking to him using my airtime he just handed over the phone to someone else talking about me behind.
