Bad Service From the manager

I went there to complain about the product I bought it there cash LG Component ARX10..The Problem is a port on the receiver system the is a heartbeat bagging sound coming out of it then I took the Receiver System to the store and when I get there we call LG to book it off then they want the speaker aswell so the store manager tells me that they don't know when they going to pick it up wherelse I'm the customer here I need clearity when they will pick it up for repair he tells me to go and wait till they pay their sub contractors to pick up the system which is he doesn't know when I I'm angry I want my system to be OK.so the store manager is Lebo ********** 707, he said I can go to helopeter he doesn't care about what I tell him so I don't like how he communicate with customers please can I get a clearity how it works..my name is Dennis Modau ********** 386 I'm not happy with the service I got there cause I paid for transport fees long time now he is telling me about it again I want my Av receiver system to be fixed asap..
