Bad service from Bradlows Warehouse

I've never experienced such horrible customer service from the Warehouse number. I have been trying to call this number *** to find out if I can collect my order that I bought online at Bradlows... They pick the phone up and continue to have conversations on the side, at that time I am busy saying 'hello' to get their attention. After 5 minutes of saying hello, a lady comes to the call and she doesn't even greet me to find out why I am calling. She was so rude and she leaves the phone again, I continued saying 'hello', far from the receiver the lady says 'I said hold' in a very rude manner, in the meantime the side conversations continued in the background. I snapped and started telling them that you are making me hold whilst you are having conversations on the side what kind of customer service is that, mind you I am using my airtime, things got sour and the lady started shouting at me and she put the phone down.
