Bad service from Bradlows Midrand

I have never experienced such bad service from Bradlows branch at Midrand, I bought a bedset on the 08/12/2021, on Saturday it was delivered and I wasn't happy because the bed was wet due to rainfall, I rejected it and was promised by the sales person Mr Raymond that definitely on Monday I will get my bed, today it's Wednesday 15/12/2021 and the bed is not delivered they keep on making vague excuses, I called in today requesting to speak to the manager I was referred to Rodney, he was very rude and shifted the blame on me that I opted to take the warehouse bed instead of shop one and then he hang up the phone, I am very agitated because I took my old bed to kzn under the impression that the one I bought will be delivered, I asked for the refund they said I will have to wait for 7-14 working, should I now sleep on the floor??? I need money urgently!!!!!
