Bad service from Bradlows furniture store and warehouse

Bad service, they said my item was out for delivery on Friday but on Saturday the story changed it's now still at the warehouse. Today they are saying they sent my query to the store for them to schedule a delivery but the store is now telling me that it is not their responsibility to schedule deliveries. Yet I paid full amount.
