BAD SERVICE FROM BRADLOWS

On the 7th December 2019 I paid Bradlows Mahikeng a settlement amount of R2600.00 for a R3000.00 hob, which I laybyed from a shop that burned down, I therefore went to another Bradlows to make the payment, they accepted my money and told me they will assist me accordingly. I was told that the hob will come the following week, on that week I went to shop and i was told they will check if Bradlows Lichtenburg has the hob and they will get back to me with an answer. Nobody called to tell me what was happening, i went again and they told me they will check with Bradlows Mega City and that they will cal me with an answer, nobody came back to me. I went again and told them that I am busy with kitchen units and the carpenter wants the correct measurements to open a space for the hob, they told me the available hob is already bought already at Mega City but the carpenter can go there to take measurements. I bought hob before that customer but he/she was given the hob before me. Yesterday, 14 January 2020, I was called by the sales agent and he told me that I should come to the shop and ask the Manager to request my hob from their warehouse. Is this not standard procedure that when a shop does not have a certain appliance that is bought by a customer they request from the warehouse on behalf of the customer? Why should i go to the shop using my time and petrol to ask someone to do their job? Isn't what Managers are supposed to do when they do not have stock and have exhausted all alternatives to get what the customer has bought? So what if i don't go to the shop, they will never order my hob and therefore i will never get it? I will not be going to any shop to request someone to do what they were hired for, the only time I will go to Bradlows is when I either go to fetch my hob or to get my refund. I was not going to write this review but the phone call from the sales agent forced me to. Today it is the 15th January 2020 and I am still cooking with a two plate whereas i have bought a R3000.00 hob. If they are unable to get me my hob they should refund me and I will go look elsewhere. It is not my fault that the shop I initially bought from burned down, if there was going to be a problem with paper trail they shouldn't have accepted my money.
